These terms and conditions govern the seasonal rental of Villa Coladeira, located in São Pedro, São Vicente, Cape Verde. Any booking request implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
The villa booking process is as follows:
Rates are available on request and vary depending on the season and length of stay. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or via Stripe. Any week started is fully due.
In the event of cancellation by the guest:
The guest undertakes to treat the premises with care. They are responsible for any damage caused to the property and equipment during their stay. Villa Coladeira accepts no liability for theft, loss or accidents occurring on the premises.
These terms are governed by Cape Verdean law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of the Republic of Cape Verde shall have sole jurisdiction.
